For the price, I expected much better facilities!!! The room was outdated, and the lack of pool activities left me unimpressed!!! The tedious reservation process for dinner added unnecessary stress to my stay!!!

Upgrading to the VIP tower was worth it. the stunning ocean views from our beautifully appointed room and the fantastic butler service made our stay truly memorable.

The view from our Beautiful Ocean View Room was amazing! Each morning, we started our day by sipping coffee on the balcony, the ocean waves breaking on the shore below. The pools were fantastic, one warmer than the other

We had an amazing stay! The food was incredible, especially at Siempre with the refreshing chilaquiles for breakfast, and the views from our Towers room were breathtaking! The only bummer was a bit of a wait for room service, but everything else was perfect!

Strong drinks by the pool made for a fun experience. Food quality varied, some dishes underwhelming. The beach area is beautiful and the staff attentive. Be prepared for slow room service if you order during peak hours. Great for a relaxing getaway with golf on site.

The deluxe ocean view room offered stunning views that enhanced our stay. The excellent service from staff made us feel welcome and valued throughout our four nights. I particularly enjoyed the calm atmosphere which was perfect for relaxation, complemented by the peaceful ocean sounds.

The remote location, while quiet, made accessing local amenities a bit challenging.

But the property felt a bit outdated for the price we paid. We didn’t expect it to feel that old-school. Also, the shower could’ve used some TLC. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay.
